My goal is to lose 25 lbs and look HOT again.
I do cardio on M, W, & F - at least 30 minutes of stadium steps (hard to do with a backpack on) on the other days I do body weight resistant excerise. I used to do body building and find it it hard onyour joints - we will see if this works!
