Quiknit10's New Beginning

My name is Debbie and I'm ready to embark on a whole new beginning. I'm at the height weight of my life. I'm afraid that my weight is going to shorten my lifespan and I want to be around to see my grandchildren grow up.

Hi Debbie,
I see that it has been a little over 2 weeks since we last "talked" so I thought I would check on you.

Are you feeling better? Is the energy starting to come back? If not, then you need to keep on taking care of Debbie.

P.S. I miss your blogs!

Hello, I read your huddle so I thought I drop by to lend some support. I am reading you feel aches and are tired.
Well, If possible maybe some yoga or meditation can help with both. emoticon
Maybe some tea and a good book to help relax you? emoticon

Of course if you like where the weather is as hot as it is here in NY (heat-wave) than maybe just rest and plenty of water can help ease some aches and feel less tired. emoticon emoticon

I hope you feel better. Just remember it is OK to stop and take care of yourself and when you are able get right back on track.
You will do it! emoticon
