Doin it for the Family

I have always been able to drop 15 pounds in a few weeks, but get stuck after that. I don't buy that my ideal weight is really 167 lbs, but I am giving it a shot to see how close I get with a lifestyle change. I will be happy if I reach and maintain 180 - 185, but we'll see. I have shed tyhe easy stuff that I can do with moderate eating and no exercise. Now comes the harder part, starting and mainintaining an exercise routine with a demanding job and 6 kids.
