1. Eat S-L-O-W-L-Y 2. Stop at 80% full. 3. Eat mindfully. 4. Obey my hunger signals. 5. Eat a combination of protein and carbs at each meal. 6. take fish oil supplements. 7. Eat smart carbs (whole grains and legumes)
I am tweaking my program each week based on my results and how it makes me feel (well or sick). One week I avoided dairy. This week I am focusing on smart carbs. I eat no processed foods and nothing with soy. I avoid food with additives in it.
