Done getting in my own damn way
At first it is impossible. Then it is difficult. Finally, it is accomplished.
This is a great way to think about this journey. Starting out, it seems impossible. After you drop a few pounds and are more active, things get a little easier and it is no longer impossible- just difficult. After more time spent eating well and exercising, suddenly your goals are accomplished. I am working toward that day. Nothing can stop me except myself and I am done getting in my own damn way.
