Some of my goals are as follows: 1. ) To be able to comfortably wear high heels again. I know that may be a bit vain lol...but its what I'd like. 2.) To be able to run in a marathon and just for fun too. I have 2 grandchildren that are wildly energetic so I'd like to be able to keep up with them. 3.) To take tango lessons and have a tall handsome gentleman spin me around and dip me....ahhh Fred Astaire. 4.) To not ever have to wear another plus size garment again.....Yayy me !!!! 5.) And this is my most important goal to be successful at keeping my weight off and be fit and happy...and uh HEALTHY !!!
To begin for now what I'm focusing on is portion control. Learning how to say no and mean it. Eating lots of fresh vegatables and fruit. Drinking at least 2 liters of water or more per day. Changing how often I eat, so that I'll eat more often smaller meals each day. Finding exercises that I actually enjoy doing. So far my favorites are resistance and strength training. Oh yeah, and I love Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds Series. She's very inspirational and her workouts are actually doable.
