I am exercising using the Tracy Anderson hipcentric, Metamorphosis program (6 days a week). I am recording my workouts on Sparkpeople. I am journaling my food and emotional state in a spiral bound notebook. I am currently eating 1,200- 1, 500 calories a day. I am also trying to increase my incidental daily exercise.
