Love watching The Mentalist, Master Chef, CSI and Psych. Like reading mystery books, fav authors are James Patterson, Stephen King and Janet Evanovich. Love to cook and eat. Also, I love caring for geriatric patients( I love hearing their life stories).

Thank you for your comment on my blog. I'm just beginning to explore Dr. Fuhrman. Fasting sounds like a great idea for this plateau. In fact, I wonder if a gentle detox would be a good idea. I hope you are making progress with problems of the peri menopause. emoticon

Hi Dawn, how's your day so far? Hope you are having a good ETL day. I'm just reporting to you here, so we can keep going. So far, I started with veggie/fruits smoothies in the morning and lunch I had a big salad with Mango, little bit of kimchi. Also had a small piece of Hawaiian sweet rolls. It's not ETL friendly bread but I figure just a small piece of it will be ok and will count towards my 10% non ETL foods. This evening I'm plan to have steamed broccoli and more salad.for the exercise wise, I walked 2 mile on my treadmill. Tomorrow, I'm planing to go to gym and take a group fitness body work class. I haven't drink enough water today. :(. Hope I can catch up on that. Have a nice day! ***Hugs*** (^O^)/ Mickey.
