Hi Dawn, how's your day so far? Hope you are having a good ETL day. I'm just reporting to you here, so we can keep going. So far, I started with veggie/fruits smoothies in the morning and lunch I had a big salad with Mango, little bit of kimchi. Also had a small piece of Hawaiian sweet rolls. It's not ETL friendly bread but I figure just a small piece of it will be ok and will count towards my 10% non ETL foods. This evening I'm plan to have steamed broccoli and more salad.for the exercise wise, I walked 2 mile on my treadmill. Tomorrow, I'm planing to go to gym and take a group fitness body work class.
