I'm a southern girl, born and raised in south Louisiana. I have lost 100 pounds in the last year and have about 50 pounds left to lose. I feel better than I have in a really long time. The aches and pains disappeared along with the pounds!!

I'm the Queen of the Chapeau Rouge Divas, an official chapter of the Redhat Society. We have been playing for 9 years and enjoying every minute. We are planning a something special for our 10th Redhat anniversary in February, 2014.

Part 4: whole shift minus inactive times or 8 hours, 20 minutes. Ok. I'm going to count 320 minutes. I think that seems more fair somehow.

Part 3: s. That's 200 reps of 42 pounds. Then walking for the remainder. The rest is mostly lighter work. Placing labels­čśť etc. if I just counted the strenuous work it would be 180 min ST and 60 minutes walking as a minimum. Or I could count the

Part 2. Shipping containers which included placing 54 large staples using a 10 lb pneumatic stapler, with 2 different guns, changing air hoses, placing moving 30 pound skids, and repeating 12 times. Also loaded 4 of these containers w 50 42 lb boxe

Hey, I'm not sure how to log my fitness minutes for today. (Tues). I did a 10 hour shift in the shipping department. -30, -20 for lunch and break and -20, -10, -10, -10 when we had down time. The rest I was standing, lifting, walking, etc. I built 12

You know, I get so wrapped up in the struggle to reach the goal line that I forget to simply live the journey. My goal for summer 2015 is to simply live it; to keep moving forward, even if I stumble along the way. It is the lifestyle I want, to walk the road with faithful fervor.
