Hi again. Thank you for the offer to walk. I also like to walk outside but I love my gym... and I don't find it too crowded. Actually the LA fitness in Upland is pretty slow. I think because it is new. How are things going on SP? I have found though I have not lost lbs that I am far more conscious of my eating habits. I also log my food pretty regularly now so that has helped me see where I fall of track and if I am getting the nutrients in. Boy is it difficult to get in all of the potassium I need! But I have found a super food that really works....Swiss Chard. I chop it an put it in everything. Let me know how you are doing and what is working for you.
