Hey there! I don't know if you're around still, but I'm back on (again). It seems that a lot of people on SP are like that...off and on. Anyhow, it seems you're rather inactive, but just thought I'd shoot you a line if you're still out there. :) Let me know how you're doing. I've been at a plateau for about 6 months...all my own doing. So I've been trying to get healthier and realized that I needed SP to help me track calories and workouts.
I LOVE What About Bob? and that is a great analogy to what falling of the wagon means. Thanks for the comment (way back when (2007). At one time I even owned that movie I liked it so much! But of course I lent it to someone (don't know who) and never saw it again. things happen. I will definately be NetFlixing in very soon. thank you for the reminder and the analogy.
I was looking for pictures of cellulite and found your message on the boards about finding pics of it and putting them up for motivation. I was wondering where you found those pics. I'm sure you can lose the weight again Luv, Amber
Hey sweetie. Last week was ok. Twas my anniversary on the 13th so I way overate. ;) It's all good tho. I truly enjoyed my food. :D
I understand weddingzilla. I'd prefer to have a small wedding (when that day comes), but with all the family and friends my bf and I have, I'm not sure that would be possible. If we tried to have a small wedding, I think a lot of people would be left out and thus pissed off. *shrugs* I have another six years of school. I'm not getting married til I'm done, so I have awhile. lol
Thanks for the blog comment. I love What About Bob? I own the video and was just thinking about that movie yesterday!
Remember we all get sad too so you're not alone in that. And I think when we are sad we should do something that will make us laugh. Laughter releases Saratonin in the brain which is a natural feel-good drug. So perhaps watching a funny movie when we are blue can turn those feelings around so we don't get so caught up in them...
