Running the Race with Endurance

I'm a 33-year-old, 2-time half marathoner working toward my next half marathon and trying to lose weight. That seems pretty much impossible to me, but I'm trusting that with patience, endurance, and the power of God, it is totally possible. Not to mention the support of my fellow SparkPeople!

The more I wrestle with my body to burn fat and get fit, the more I realize - little things really, really count. And that it's way more fun to do this with others. So my goal is to work ...

My Goals:
My goal is to improve as a runner, enjoy more energy, eat a little less, and achieve a reasonable level of fitness. This is a lifestyle, not a contest.

My Program:
I'm running, walking, dancing and strength training in order to meet my fitness goals and burn fat. I'm also using the nutrition tracker to stay aware of what I'm eating and when.

I see you've ran half-marathons. That's great! My goal is to run my first in October.
