Hi, this journey began when I realised I'm not a criminal. I got myself here, because I was sick, stressed and sad. Now I'm happy, proud of myself, and almost to my quarter goal of 20 kg lost. I rock!

My Goals:
I am going to lose the weight that is making me unhealthy because I'm worth it.

Goal Weight: 60 kg
Current Weight: 124 kg
Before Weight: 140 kg

The other reasons to lose weight: to enjoy this life and the people I have in it.


My Program:
Eat healthier.
Eat smarter.
Excercise most days to a good standard.
Like to ride my bike, I have one!
I Zumba nearly every day.
Couch to 5k jogging.
Being part of the Done Girls team YAY - totally DONE with being the fat girl.
And I'm a quitter: I quit being a bitch to myself, I'm worthy of being healthy!



Personal Information:
I'm from Slow... I mean Hobart, Tasmania (Australia).
I love doing craftwork.
Have 5 children.
Am Ceoliac, dairy intolerant too.
There is some depression, and my partner is bipolar or possibly skitzoaffective disorder.


Other Information:
Six months ago, my specialist doctor told me I'd never lose my weight. I was 137 kg, and I was terrified I was going to get sicker and sicker (I had just been diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome), and die and leave my children.
(I excercised regularly, ate quite well, but I kept injuring myself, or have swollen ankles etc)
Well, I've lost 15 kilos since then. She's made me determined to lose it and prove her wrong.
