My goals 2012:

~ Reach a new fitness level one that is lean and toned

~ Eat 1,200 to 1,500 a day (EVERYDAY)

~ Do Strength Training 3x a week

~ Do cardio 6 days a week

~ Burn, burn, burn as many calories as possible by moving more.....

My goals are to be healthy and fit .

I workout 5x a week, which include 30 to 60min of cardio and do 3 days of strength training.
