The best is yet to come!

I am now starting my real journey. I have recently landed a job working as a Commercial Interior Designer! I love it but it is a huge adjustment to being in college. Although I put on weight in college I have put on additional weight from becoming a professional working at a desk all day long. I used a pedometer one day to track my steps and without a workout I was only walking 1000 steps!!!! I couldn't believe it!

So I decided time for a lifestyle change if I have to be ...

So I decided time for a lifestyle change if I have to be sitting at this desk for 8 hours I will have to fit in fitness elsewhere in my day- I have adopted doing 10 min of strength training in the morning to wake me up, then doing 60 min of cardio in the evenings 4-5 times a week.

Just looking for easy recipes and fitness tips. I am a busy professional don't have alot of free time.

I love my puppy Cooper more than anything! He keeps me excited about getting outside and taking long walks! He is such a blessing in my life that makes me Happy! :O)

Goal 2: Fit comfortably into my bathing suit for summer

My Goals:
I would like to be healthy and feel good about myself! I don't really go by the number on the scale its how I feel in my clothes!



My Program:
I am tracking my food on My fitnesspal app on my phone.

Cardio 5-6 times a week Jazzercise! I am addicted! Glad I found such a strong group of women to push me and let me know anything is possible

I am also doing FIRM workout tapes at home for added strength training.
And Walking the pup!!

This time it is a lifestyle change not a quick fix for the summer. I am trying to learn life skills on living a healthy, active life.

This journey has taken me awhile and I had to clear my life of some stress and baggage I was carrying around but I feel more ready then ever to keep going and maintain what I know I am capable of!
