Hi, all! I am 32 yrs old, stay at home wife, mom of 7. My life is full and often overwhelming, but by God's grace I make it!
My heaviest was in August, 2009, at 283.
I'm starting this endeavor at 276 pounds on September 1, 2009. I'm restarting at 267 on March 11, 2011.

10/19/09 -- 274.6 (-1.4) Well, I don't like gains, but I had kidney stones last wk, so I'm trying to get back on track. I didn't do bad with food or exercise, I think I just had excess weight from health issues. We'll see when I weigh in next week. If nothing else, I'll probably lose water weight because I've been drinking a lot more water lately. I'm still stuck on not meeting my 8 glass goal, so I welcome any ideas. I try to start drinking a glass when I wake up and I've started drinking each time I eat, but it always seems I'm looking at the clock at 6-7pm and wondering how I only drank 2 glasses and how in the world I'm going to get another 6 before bedtime. Maybe I just need a timer! :)

I'm still working on that AWAKE thing, but I'll figure it out. LOL

My work is kicking my butt these days, so working extra hard on staying focused and trying not to let all those things that really don't matter get to me. Know what I mean??
