I can make it this time!

So I remember when I thought I was fat as I picked out size 8 pants. Now I nearly burst into tears as I pull the size 18s out. It's killing me.

Everyone says I don't look that fat but know what? I know I am. Shut up. Stop being nice. I'm not looking for attention.

So this time I have to make it. I have to show everyone how I'm supposed to look...FABULOUS!

I just came across a post that you made a while back about "Exercise and Panic". Reading your post was like I was writing it myself! I have such a hard time exercising because of the racing heart causing me to feel like I am going to have a panic attack. Thanks for letting me know that I am not the only one!!

Thanks for making a team dedicated to ppl with anxiety/panic disorders. It's not something many people seem to talk about and yet it affects deeply any weight loss attempt being made for the person who deals with this issue.

I hope that you find your way back to the size 8's you remember wearing. For myself, I ballooned last summer up 45 pounds in just a few months! At this point, I wouldnt mind being a size 18 again. ;)
