I just came across a post that you made a while back about "Exercise and Panic". Reading your post was like I was writing it myself! I have such a hard time exercising because of the racing heart causing me to feel like I am going to have a panic attack. Thanks for letting me know that I am not the only one!!
Thanks for making a team dedicated to ppl with anxiety/panic disorders. It's not something many people seem to talk about and yet it affects deeply any weight loss attempt being made for the person who deals with this issue.
I hope that you find your way back to the size 8's you remember wearing. For myself, I ballooned last summer up 45 pounds in just a few months! At this point, I wouldnt mind being a size 18 again. ;)
