I'm a 33 year old mother of 2 small children who works full time at a strenuous job and also attends school and maintains a 4.0!

My weight has been up and down over the years. I'm at my highest I've been since about 10 years ago. My lowest weight has been 165 which I was at a about the end of 2010. That's my first goal! My ultimate goal is to have 25% body fat. I have a large frame on a short 5'1" body.

My Goals:
I want to feel good in my clothes and be as healthy as I can be. I'd love to inspire others to do the same!

My Program:
Mix of everything: Protein shakes mostly, low calorie, low carb, low fat, and high protein. Cheat meal once a week to prevent a plateau.

Highest Weight: 267... day I delivered my daughter, 3/23/2011

Lowest Weight: 165... 11/2009

Ultimate Goal: 25% body fat (Iikely to be modified from there)

    I made my vision collage at Oprah's Dream Board.......the site has tons of pics and you can make your own sayings in several different fonts.... I think it's time I made a new one..... emoticon emoticon

    Congrats on the weight loss you have achieved.
    You are looking fabulous.
    Weight loss is always more than just losing the weight. It's getting in tune with yourself and understanding why we want to eat certain foods and gain in the first place.
    That's where life time changes comes in to play.
    I believe in portion control coupled with exercise is the answer to many peoples weight issues. The whole country is eating too much. The portions are out of control. I was definitely guilty of that.
    But I hope I have got that portion of my journey in check and I am coasting along, maintaining and still losing a pound here and there.
    Stay positive and believe in yourself.
