My Goals:
I'm here to lose weight and find support online- which is where I am most of my day....
My Program:
So far the biggest changes I have been making are in my diet- starting with what I drink. I am a soda addict!! Not going to lie, I love me some Coke, but that is going to be the first ting out the door for now. I need water, and lots of it:) Also, I want to start eating fresher and more raw veggies.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Indiana, moved to Arizona for a few years to kill some time in my 20's and find a husband, and now I have landed in college in Lexington, KY. Kentucky is beautiful, but my major calls for me to venture back west... and I will be graduating next spring!
Other Information:
I LOVE KNITTING. I just picked it up December '08, but it consumes me. I love doing things with my nervous hands:)
