BE CONSISTENT

My biggest challenge is consistency. I have started fitness plans many times before but I never keep up with them. I am creeping back up to my highest weight (and roundest belly) so I'm motivated once again. I hope that creating a page will help me stay motivated and consistently workout and eat better.

My Goals:
Lose 3 inches off my waist by August 31st.

Jog 1 mile in 10 minutes.

Eat at least 1 vegetable a day.

Drink at least 70 oz of water each day.

Be consistent. Move daily!

My Program:
I will eliminate excessive snacking and incorporate foods from the Flat Belly Diet. I will also walk at least 20 minutes daily.
