My name is Simone aka Brwnskindiva, This is my MILESTONE, my journey. Watch me as I transform into a new person. This is something that I need to do it is LONG over DO. I have been FAT or shall I say OVERWEIGHT all my LIFE and now it time for me to make a CHANGE. It is for ME and ME ONLY. The doctor finally put me on High Blood Pressure pills to finally control that. I didn't want it but I couldn't control it. So I know this weight loss is going to be a challenge and I am truly determine to do it. Yes, I accept that fact that I am overweight and NOW it is time for me to do something about it. Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE MYSELF. I LOVE MY CURVES. I just want to be healthy and fabulous at the same time.

I have accomplished so many things in my life which I thought I could never do. I have proven to so many people wrong in my life that said I wouldn't make it nor would I amount to anything. Yes, you can say it. She is just another female and you are right I am. However, I have been face with so many difficult situations & obstacles that has come up against me. Yet in still I STAND STRONG. I have overcame the mental and physical abuse, the low self-esteem issues & soon I will have overcame the obesity issue. I take a stand and say NO longer will I live like this.


Starting weight 427.8 lbs. OMG.....I never thought I would allow myself to be this HEAVY! I could not believe it I knew I was heavy but that heavy I could not do it. A CHANGE has to happen. I join spark people in Jan. 09. I was doing good for a minute then I stop coming on here. I came back on here in May. Now it is JULY and I have to REGAIN this issue. I am turning my focus and putting it into loosing this weight. I will be weighting in every Sunday and blogging 3 times a week on what I am doing during the week. I am back to keeping my weight journal on everything you be able to see that also on every Sunday on a blog.

Now if I can loose between 4 - 10lbs a week then I am good and will hit my target goals.

My current weight is 387.8lbs

1st goal loose 35lbs..........by Jan. 12
2nd goal loose 35lbs.........by Mar. 26
MID GOAL is 300lbs.
3rd goal loose 35lbs..........by May 7
4th goal loose 35lbs..........by June 18

Goal weight 225 - 250lbs. by June 21, 2011

    Happy Sunday...today is a day of re-grouping and re-energizing because we have a new week in front of us, so lets do it...eat right emoticon , track our calories, and meet our fitness goals emoticon . It don't matter if we feel off track last week, indulged in more calories then what we were supposed to, didn't lose any weight, gained a couple (or a few pounds), or lost the motivation to move forward. YOU CAN DO IT!!! We don't have much time left in this year and we need to jump start 2010 on the right foot. So lets get it!!!!
