A Better Me For Me!!!!!

I am in the process of making myself over from the inside out. I am learning to put myself first, so that I have something to give to others. I am working to lose about 80lbs, so that I will be healthy and enjoy the way my body looks. I have a family history of HTN and Diabetes and I know at the rate I am going it will be easy for me to have both of these so I am going to make sure I prevent them. I went to the doctor for my complete physical on 12/16/11 and I was blessed not to have any ...

I went to the doctor for my complete physical on 12/16/11 and I was blessed not to have any major issues, her main concern was my weight and the fact that my EKG was abnormal. The EKG was a wake up call for me because it made me realize I am making my heart work overtime because of this weight, so I have decided to take it 5lbs at a time and get rid of this weight once and for all and God willing on 01/01/2013 I will be reflecting on my weight loss journey for 2012 and proud of my achievement!!!!

My Program:
I am using weight watchers to achieve my weight loss success.

I will work out 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. I will be varying my workout routine so that I don't get bored using the below workouts.

i love to travel, my favorite way of traveling is cruising. I plan to take a cruise once a year, and my ultimate vacation spot that I would like to go is HAWAII.

Oh nice! I may have to try Weight Watchers and see how it works for me. No, this cruise in January now is just a getaway for me, but I want to lose at least 25lbs by then. My birthday cruise is in September with Stephanie (Columbiaqueen) and I'm turning 30 so I want to be at my goal weight by then!

I'm doing pretty good thanks. Starting to get my body in shape for a solo cruise I'm taking in February. It feels like it's right around the corner, so I get these extra pounds off fast! How has life been treating you? I need to know your routine so I can have the same results! LOL
