Drink twice a week or less and record it in my tracker. Track food every day Try my very hardest to make healthy eating choices, but NOT be obsessive. Work on having a healthy attitude towards food by accepting that while food does greatly and quickly effect my energy level that food will not make me happier. Strength training 2-3 times a week. Weight 160 or less by the time I visit family over winter break.
This is kind of a transition week for me. I am in the process of finding a gym near my new job and finding the best time to work out with my new schedule. This week I want to do cardio 4 times for at least 40 minutes and strength train for 20 minutes 3 times.
