Thank you for such a wonderful comment. I learned a long time ago that the good or bad in our lives is what shapes us into who we are. I just didn't let go of things and that is what I'm learning now. With each pound I am learning to love myself more and that is the most important thing in all of this. emoticon

Wow! You live down in Florida? I'm jealous. :-) We leave in eight days for a ten-day stay in Walt Disney World. I haven't been there since 1998, so I am very excited.

Looks like you are doing a great job with your weight-loss, by the way. Good for you! I am so looking forward to being that size again, only this time, I intend to stay there.
