Growth of a Pynetree

I am a 65 year old, morbidly obese, wife, mother, and Grandmother, from Pennsylvania.
I have been eating smarter. Have lost a significant amount of weight, and am still losing - albeit slowly.
I need motivation to exercise, make myself go out in public.
I am striving to sleep 6 hours most nights, eat cleaner, smarter, and dump the negative mental messages. I need to avoid junk..both in my food choices and life!
Avoiding Stress and anxiety is a battle.

STUDIES Show....well 7.0 is good for seniors seems high to me but who am I?? I have heard that blood near or over 140 do the most damage. I freakout when my numbers are over 120. I am going to a new dr myself but not a specialist just too high I already go to a specialist for my lungs. I had two dr in the past one left the company and so did the other one. I was left without a dr nearly a year but managed to still get my meds thur a gracious pharmacist only the mercy of God. Best wishes on your journey.

Go Theresa -- have fun with your 10 (or more) minute fitness streak -- this strategy changed my life so I love motivating others to give it a try!
