Getting my life back

Welcome to my page! My name is Pang and I'm 22 years old. When started Sparks I didn't really know how to work this site. I came here very hopeful but was lazy to honestly tell. I felt overwhelmed with all this information and how to use it. So I step away for a while. In the recent time that I've been away I was working out on my own. Welcome to my page! My name is Pang and I'm 22 years old. When started Sparks I didn't really know how to work this site. I came here very hopeful but was lazy to honestly tell. I felt overwhelmed with all this information and how to use it. So I step away for a while. In the recent time that I've been away I was working out on my own. Over the last 21 of my life I became heaviest at 200 pounds only 5'1. I was in total denial. I never took that many pictures so I didn't have ro see how I looked and didn't really notice to care. It was hard to see that the scale weighed in soo much. So one day it all changed for me when I was going out with one of friends to the club. She had one of her gangster wannabe cousin tag along. To make long story short he called me a F*IN FAT B*TCH etc. I was so hurt and angry. SO, I decided to do something about it. Since I moved here to MN I joined a gym and worked out from time to time.It was really hard since I didn't have a buddy to do it with. My parents too never really mentioned anything about me being too heavy. As time went by I went from a size 17 to 9!! I couldn't and still can't believe it. I began to be a little more relaxed and confident. I can now wear some of my old jeans and have them fit loose. It's amazing!! Right now I still taking everything day to day. I encourage everyone else to take that extra step and evaulate what you want out of yourselves.

I believe that anyone can really succeed if they want to. All you have to do is put one feet forward even if they have to step back. Just as long as you know which way your going.

My goals for this month is to workout atleast four to five days a week.

Eat more veggies.

Try fish,

My Program:
I run and walk on the treadmill, easy lifting,crunches,biking etc.

Personal Information:
I am currently a college student majoring in Human Services. =)

Other Information:
When people ask who I am doing this for: My answer is I am too young to be living the way I did. I owe it to myself to make me happy. Plus my stomache is overflowing! =)

Work outs are going good -- they're so much easier when it's nice outside. I've been taking my dog on hikes -- which has been helping me a lot. How are your workouts going? Your still losing -- and on the right track! Keep it up!

Cool -- I love the trails and parks in Woodbury - I walk them every day. I'd love to come with -- I'm out of town this weekend -- but let me know when you are going next week. : ) emoticon
