New Start - 2013

It's never too late to be what you might have been - George Eliot

I am tired of being fat! I am going to make some small changes each week and achieve success :)

1st 3 changes I will complete:
Drink more water
Limit sweets to just 1 weekly treat
Exercise at least 30 minutes daily

My first goal for myself will be to lose 10 pounds before my birthday next month.

My second goal will be to lost 30 pounds by May ...

By July I would like to be at my goal weigh of 150 pounds.
