Hello 2010
Well, I am the luckiest husband of Amanda and father of three amazing girls Ashalee, Brooklynn, Carlie until August when I am having a fourth Braelee or Brady. Well actually my wife is having our fourth. I am a firefighter and EMS dispatcher for a local EMS service here. I am wanting to lose weight not only because I am considered obese but because it is now affecting my job. I am not a motivated person and hope this site will motivate me. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

My Goals:
I turned 30 in August and lost almost thirty pounds by January. I am back within 10 lbs. of my original weight and hope to weigh 225 by August 1st.
My Program:
Right now I am starting off and trying to get into the habit of running again after having an ankle injury. until then I really have no program and am willing to take any advice outthere
