My Goals:
I want to be out of X-sized shirts and teen-pants....THIS YEAR!

Trying not to take myself too seriously and quit focusing on the scale. They say you're supposed to weigh yourself daily but I find myself getting discouraged, so I will weigh myself weekly instead and see how that goes.

My Program:
Fitness:
Get in at least an hour of exercise (cardio and strength training) 4 days a week to begin with, then gradually increase to 5 days or create a harder routine in the 4 days.

Diet:
High protein
Unrefined carbs
Limit sugar!!!!!
More fruits and veggies (of course)

Personal Information:

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

Your body can withstand most anything. It's your mind you have to convince.
