Getting Healthy in my 20s!

Hi! I am 24. I am ready to get healthy and stronger! I love reading and spending time with my friends, and family! I have a dappled dachshund and when it's warm I love walking him! I have been on this journey since March 2012 and have lost 80lbs. I'm so close to my goal I can feel it. I have not only lost weight, but I am more confident and have physically done things I never thought was possible!

As of 11/14/2012 I have lost 50lbs!!!!
12-27- 60 lbs off!!
2-9-13 70lbs ...

My Program:
I working out at the gym 4-5 days a week. I workout on average 8 hours a week, On my off days I have been doing at least 10 minutes of walking my dog!

Personal Information:
I am from Kansas City but I love to visit my family in St. Louis. I am a teacher and work very hard. I especially love to read in my free time!
