Getting Healthy in my 20s!
Hi! I am 24. I am ready to get healthy and stronger! I love reading and spending time with my friends, and family! I have a dappled dachshund and when it's warm I love walking him! I have been on this journey since March 2012 and have lost 80lbs. I'm so close to my goal I can feel it. I have not only lost weight, but I am more confident and have physically done things I never thought was possible! As of 11/14/2012 I have lost 50lbs!!!! 12-27- 60 lbs off!! 2-9-13 70lbs ...

1st goal- lose 20lbs by the end of June!- Completed! 2nd goal- lose 50lbs. Completed 3rd goal- lose 60lbs - completed 4th goal- lose 70lbs- Completed 5th goal- lose 80lbs- Completed! 6th goal- lose 90lbs- I made it Goal- lose 100lbs- 5 inches in my waist.- completed. Lost 11! March 2012 Bmi- 41.7 October 2012 Bmi-34.7 November 2012 33.1 December 1 2012- 32.1 January 1 2013-31.4 February 1 2013- 30 March 1st 2013- 29.2 April 1st- 28.5 May 1st- 27.8 BMI goal- Hit the overweight category by March 31st at 174lbs - Completed on February 9, 2013. Hit the healthy range by August 31st at 145 lbs.
My Program:
I working out at the gym 4-5 days a week. I workout on average 8 hours a week, On my off days I have been doing at least 10 minutes of walking my dog!
