My Goals:
keep diabetes under control
to continue to have good cholesterol, A1C, and blood pressure numbers.

have blood sugars where my doctor wants them after meals
wii 3x week
focus on blood sugars vs weight loss

Personal Information:
I am a military brat who has traveled and lived in Europe three different times in my life. I am a special ed teacher who has taught children with autism for the past eight years. I am in my last year of teaching. I have a self-contained classroom for children with autism. I love watching my students learn, grow, and change!

Other Information:
I live in Georgia. This is the longest I have ever lived anywhere. We have been here for 16 years now.
I like to crochet, read and do word search puzzles.
I have three children and 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson.

Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results.
