Had a full Hysterectomy in November and am feeling much better and looking forward to having more energy to do the things I like to do.
I love to read, but don''t always find the time. I often read mysteries. I also knit and usually knit while watching tv or movies just to keep myself from "stuffing" my face! :-)
I'm here to tell you about the Dealing with Depression's 30 Day Challenge. The challenge consists of drinking 8 glasses of water a day, doing 10 minutes of exercise 4 to 5 days a week, adding a personal challenge of your own ( mine is to track my food all month every day ) and to post something good that happened to you that day. We check in minimally every Sunday, but most of us check in more often than that for extra motivation and encouragement. It is a fun way to either return to or begin with the basics. We'd love to see you there if you are at all interested. I've lost 20 pounds doing this challenge over the past three months, so you really can get positive results. Take care and God bless, Deb
