    Get on SP every day. If you think food is addictive, think again. Spark People is addictive!

    Remember, this site isn't just about eating 1200 calories a day. It's also about exercising, moving. Find exercise you can do several times a week. Find a friend to do it with. Join a gym. You'll make friends there AND get fit. When you get outside in the fresh air and sunshine, you feel better. Just don't take any food with you. Then, get moving - ride a bike, walk, swim. Just move! You will not only lose weight, you'll get a figure. And watch The Biggest Loser on Tuesday nights. Such a motivator!

    You need some friends too. Pick some people whose comments you like here and make them your friend. They are so supportive. You'll look forward to reading their comments, and they'll answer you!

    I saw your post. Don't beat yourself up. We ALL do that from time to time! As long as you get back on track that is what matters. And never, ever try to skip breakfast, or any meal for that matter. It WILL lead to binging later. If you don't have time to eat a proper breakfast, eat a protein bar on the go, maybe some yogurt with nuts, string cheese, etc.
    It takes patience while you are on this path. We have to be realistic. You won't drop two jean sizes in one day. You won't lose 50 pounds in one month. You are going to binge every now and then. You will go a day or two without working out. Your weight is going to fluctuate here and there. You are going to try new techniques and they are not going to work. Remember, you are HUMAN. You are going to fail and fall but keep getting up! Remember, nothing great is every accomplished without a few obstacles. JUST KEEP GOING!

    This is your second week on spark. That's a good thing. Don't let one crazy day get in the way. Don't beat yourself up. Just put the brakes on. Make one good decision and then another. We all mess up. We're human. Just keep going and the mess ups will get fewer and farther between. Just don't let it say anything about you other than it was a bad day and we all have them. You CAN do this.
