I want to be healthy. Like many, I'm ready to enjoy being in my own skin. I've been hiding behind my weight my entire life. I don't want to do that anymore.
Right now, I'm heavy enough that most intense exercise causes me joint pain. My plan is to walk 2x per day and make changes to my diet. I will give up sodas in favor of water and go for more fruits and veggies.
Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals! We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals. We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
