I am Mary: wife, mommy and nurse. I absolutely love all three rolls and put my whole self into them. I've also recently (within the past 2 years) fell in love with fitness. Exercising clears my head more than any other activity I've engaged in. It leaves me feeling amazing and it's so addicting! I'm looking forward to running my first 5K this october and hope to run a 10K soon and perhaps more. I was NEVER an athlete and only started running at 29. I feel like I have so many more goals to acheive and look forward to reaching these with my best friend and husband. I've realized I can be healthy and still eat bacon, doughnuts, chocolate and coffee with cream (my 4 favorite foods). Life is all about balance and I feel like I'm closer to acheiving it than I've ever been.

My Goals:
To be happy with who i am and find inner peace

To love what i see in the mirror

To sleep awesome

To be toned

To always have more energy than most people my age

To continue to be told "you're so little/tiny!"

My Program:
Pretty much get to the gym as many days per week as I can. Once I'm there, I devise the plan. Always spend a minimum of 45 minutes either strength training, cardio, or the mix. Watch what I put in my mouth. Enjoy most every food, but pay attention!

Personal Information:
I'm a midwestern girl born in St. Paul, MN. The farthest I've moved from home is Mankato, MN for 7 years. I have the BEST husband in the world and the 2 sweetest angel boys.

Other Information:
I'm obsessed with Game of Thrones, guiltily love Twilight (both books and movies), love Jodi Piccoult novels, love Ingrid Michaelson, The Avett Brothers and most "popular" music. I need LMFAO and Nikki Minaj when i lift, they make me feel sexy and strong.

    i'm doing well, just wish i'd lose more. oh well. at least i have my health, all 3 boys have a virus!
