I want to thank you for the tip about using coconut oil. I had never used it, but had it in my kitchen. I have started cooking breakfast with it. I am eager to try the coconut butter. It really does help with my hunger.
I know what you mean about the 5 pound people. Bless them and I remember when I was one, but this journey has so many different aspects. Today I'm reminding myself that every small step is important, every big and little thing I do makes a difference. We ARE doing it!!
