Good morning, Kat. Thank you soooooo much for the hug goodie. You can't imagine how timely it is. (Are you psychic? LOL) I'm kind of down today, a place i am familiar with. I do know, however, that it will pass, and your goodie started it going in another direction. Your thought really touched me. I will carry the goodie and the message all day.
Thank you for YOUR great comments to me. And i want to comment on the "going slow" thing. I am totally in the same place. So right now my main thing is to get my butt outdoors and walking, even if it's not very long. And i'm watching what i eat even tho' i'm not writing it down or counting calories. Just like you, i don't want to give myself a reason to "drop out." Maybe you and i can remind each other about it when we get discouraged. Anyway, hugs to you, Kat.
