Hope you're having a great week this week, I'm just swinging by all of the sparky pages of the ghostie team members and seeing if they have any stories to share with us, it's been waaaaaaay too quiet in there and I've been whining! LOL Hope you'll stop by the threads, even if it's only to say hey! And have a great weekend! 2574 days ago
Hello fellow Kansan! So glad you've visited the "Born in 1954" group! It's a highly motivated team and really upbeat for sure. You'll find alot of encouragement, coupled with fun here. If possible, I find that logging in everyday and checking the team forums is a great way to stay focussed. I wish you much success in reaching your goals. We're glad you're here and we're here for you. All of us are success in the works. Have a great week!

Thanks for encouraging comments on my page! I can relate to knee problems, etc. That is what started my ascension to my highest weight. I used to be very active but then I tore my ACL, had knee surgery, had major problems with my feet, and then it just escalated from there. I used the Isagenix program for weight loss & lost 48 lbs. I had gained some back & now I'm using the Spark program to try to keep on track. I still have 15-20 more to lose. The good news is I am active again. I still have problems, but they are managable. I agree that walking is great. I walk & do x-country skiing in the winter, walking & biking when there is no snow and ice on the ground. I've also learned that I can use the elliptical at our local fitness center. I've had to find things that are easy on my knees and feet. Good luck on your journey. 2664 days ago
