Today (1-11-09) is my two month Spark anniversary and I have lost 11 lbs!!
Tomorrow (2/11/2009) is my three month spark anniversary and I have lost 15 lbs, several inches and can get into my size 2 jeans!!!!
9/29/09 things are not so rosy. Back up to 126 lbs. Must put a stop to this! I leave on a cruise on 11/28 and will be back to 119 by then (if not before)

5/10/10 I WISH I were back up to 126 lbs! After two cruises, being sick for 8 weeks this winter and a vacation in Mexico, I hit the scales the highest ever two weeks ago. Today it is 136.8
