I will achieve my GOAL!
Update 2/22/2012: To begin I must say that Spark is wonderful. From Jan 2011 to June 2011 I lost over 71 pounds. Then mid-June I found out I was expecting, due to pregnancy issues I was not able to keep up my routine so some weight has come back. I had my wonderful baby girl 2 weeks ago and I am looking forward to exceeding my previous accomplishments. I sincerely thank all my SparkBuddies for checking in on me when I was not active. I am so ready to get things back on track�.I never knew one could crave working out so much, LOL. To all the newcomers please know that YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! If you fall down dust yourself off and get right back up and go for it again. I am looking forward to a wonderful, healthy fit and active 2012. :-) I am a mother, wife, full-time graduate student and I have a full-time career. I really need to shed this extra weight, I have started my diet journey many times but I always stop. I just heard of this site and I think that it will be a good place to start, I need support and encouragement. I would like to lose at least 100 pounds.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 100 pounds in 1 year. (DONE Started June 2012 Accomplished Feb. 2013).
My Program:
Workout with Cardio 4x's per week. No soda. No eating after 8 pm. Limit sweets. Limit red meat to once a week. Eat smaller portions. Limit fried foods to 2x's per month. GET UP AND GET ACTIVE!!!!

Weight Goals: GOAL 1: Lose 25lbs by 4/22/2011. (DONE 3/4/11) GOAL 2: Lose 50lbs by 6/15/2011 (DONE 5/13/11) GOAL 3: Lose 75lbs by 8/19/2011 UPDATE **REVISED 6/7/12*** 2012 (Post Baby Goals) GOAL 1: Lose 10 lbs by 7/4/12 (DONE) GOAL 2: Lose 25 lbs by 9/4/12 (DONE 7/26/12) GOAL 3: Lose 40 lbs by 11/4/12 (Done August 2012) GOAL 4: Lose 71 lbs by 11/29/12 (Done 11/22/12) GOAL 5: 180 by 2/7/13 (Done 2/7/13 plus an extra 1.2 pounds) Fitness Goals: I really would like to start running/jogging. (Started 1/27/11- not a pro but I am moving and loving it) 5/7/11: Jogged 1 lap (.25 mile) non-stop. :-) 6/1/11: Jogged 1 Mile NON-STOP!!! 9:59 :-) 1/30/13: 5K on treadmill jog/walk/hill intervals.

Clothing Goals: 6/10/11: Size 16 REGULAR jeans August 2012:Size 14 and XL dress December 2012: Size 12 and Large tops (some 10 tops). February 2013: Size 10 and Medium tops. :-) April 2013: Size 8 :-)
