Need to lose some weight. I actually have lost some, but gained some back, and needing to get motivated to get back on track and then continue on. I need to lose about 51lbs more to get to a healthy weight and to look and feel better about myself. I lost about 30, gained about 15 back so have a total of about 50 more to go. Looking forward to getting involved.

not sure yet, starting slow. weaning myself off pepsi to start with, drinking water. will be adding exercise soon on a regular basis.

sahm to 3. homeschool mom to 2, the baby starts in the fall. love scrapping and stamping.

I guess I forgot I had a page lol! Definitely forgot adding that lovely photo.
Exercise is going.....I don't go back until monday. Being that last week was my first I took it easy (hah!) This coming week I intend to add walking the track at the Y for 3 miles on tues and thursday. I won't commit to weekends...I know it just won't happen.
Thanks for thinking of me though. I also plan to start tracking my food. I spent last week just working in the exercise, and didn't really pay any attention to the food at all. But this coming week, I am adding the food part in. Wish me luck!

I am so happy to see you back and posting on the team.. we have really got off to a great start and I hope you have time to jump in and join the challenges? If you don't thats ok too.. let me or Reba know if there is anything we can do to help you ok?

I really admire you homeschooling your kids.. thats a huge undertaking.. maybe this new lifestyle of eating is something you could all learn together? It is really a learning experience hahahaha

I am happy to see that you have found some teams that interest you. Take your time and hunt around and get comfortable with the site.. it's all here.. a wealth of information to help you lose weight, feel great and change your lifestyle for the better.
