I guess I forgot I had a page lol! Definitely forgot adding that lovely photo. Exercise is going.....I don't go back until monday. Being that last week was my first I took it easy (hah!) This coming week I intend to add walking the track at the Y for 3 miles on tues and thursday. I won't commit to weekends...I know it just won't happen. Thanks for thinking of me though. I also plan to start tracking my food. I spent last week just working in the exercise, and didn't really pay any attention to the food at all. But this coming week, I am adding the food part in. I really admire you homeschooling your kids.. thats a huge undertaking.. maybe this new lifestyle of eating is something you could all learn together? It is really a learning experience hahahaha
