My Goals:
Long and short term goals:
1. Lose 20 lbs quarterly until reaching goal weight
2. Improve flexibility
3. Strengthen cardiovascular system
4. Maintain weight loss due to healthy lifestyle choices
5. Reduce body age to coincide with physical age
6. Increase energy
Note: all of the above encompass increasing frequency and duration of exercise.
7. If discouraged and I feel as if I am going to overindulge, stop, and count to my age. Reach out to a buddy to discuss, if applicable.
8. If I fall off the proverbial wagon, get back on the very next meal. Don't delay!
