Thanks for the add to friends request. I added you to mine also :) Do you workout on the treadmill and bike everyday. That's what I do also. I also do a ab ball workout with a medicine ball every morning and work on strength training with various DVDs. I just got the Bean and followed the DVD with that. I love it. And there was this perfect stretch for my lower back and glutes that works wonders for me. That has been my achy spot. I haven't tried yoga yet. Do you do a class or use a DVD for that?
