Staying Healthy

I joined Sparkpeople.com about a year ago. Last January I set a goal to lose 50 lbs. Since then I have lost 60 lbs. with excersise and a better diet. I hope I never weigh over 200 lbs again!

My Goals:
I would like to work on eating healthy lunches, drinking more water, and continue to exercise regularly.

My Program:
I have a supply of Lean Cuisine in my freezer so that I may have a quick, healthy lunch. I always keep bottled water in the fridge. I belong to a gym and exercise there at least twice a week. I would like to work harder and excersise at least three times per week.
