I am a Home-maker, Folk Artist, full time...I have a back injury which prohibits me from running, hiking for long periods of time, etc...I have had to battle my weight most of my adult life...I Used to be a pretty regular runner/walker, on average 5 miles a day, which really helped keep my weight in check...over the last few years, since I have gotten married, I have steadily gained weight and am sick of it...
Overall to lose 150 pounds...I want to be healthy again, am tired of feeling sluggish, and out of shape, and want to go snow shoeing next year!!
Goal one: Lose 35 pounds by January 1st, 2009
Goal Two: Lose 60 pounds by April 1st, 2009
Goal 3: Lose 95 pounds by July 1st, 2009
