Originally my goal was to weight 119 lbs, then with new medicine(Bydureon) for diabetes I was able to get down 119, so my new goal is 114. Right now I'm at 114.6. This 114 goal is very elusive so far, but I'll keep trying, my program is helping me.
Another goal is to control my blood sugar, which with new medicine I'm being able to achieve
1)To eat a balance diet.
2)Keep a good portion control
3)Walk 10,000 steps daily at least
4)Practice Yoga and Meditation 12-15 days at least in the month
5)Strength exercise 4 times a month
--I'm a fan of Star Trek, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Harry Potter, Eragon, The Series of Unfortunate Events, The Chronicles of Narnia, Supernatural, DR Who, The Game of Thrones, Poirot, Inspector Morse, Rosemary and Thyme, House of Cards
