1)To eat a balance diet.
2)Keep a good portion control
3)Walk 10,000 steps daily
4)Practice Yoga and meditation 15 days at least in the month
5)Strength exercise once a week

HEY HUN, HOW ARE YOU DOING? I AM FINE, AND KEEPING GOING, A LITTLE TIRED, BUT I CAN WALK, MOVE, SO I AM BLESSED, I HAVE A FRIEND WITH MS AND SHE TRULY IS AN INSPIRATION TO ME, AS SHE CAN NOT WALK NOR USE HER LEFT ARM, BUT NOTHING STOPS HER. WHENEVER MY BODY IS WEARY, I THINK OF HER AND PUSH INTO MY MIND I CAN DO THIS, LITTLE STEPS ARE FINE.

I HAVE JUST SPOKEN TO HER AND SHE SAID WHAT I WOULD GIVE IF I COULD ONLY STAND, AND WITH THIS, I PULLED OUT MY HULA HOOP AND HOOPED AND HOOPED AND HOOPED

We're using hula hoops--the specially made ones for "grown-ups" and we're hooping to any music we wish. We're trying to build up our stamina before we get fancy. Hula dancing is a folk dance from Hawaii. We could probably blend the two when we get more proficient!
