My weight goal is 119lbs .
Another goal is to control my blood sugar.

1)To eat a balance diet.
2)Keep a good portion control
3)Walk 10,000 steps daily
4)Practice Yoga every day of the month and meditation 20 days at least
5)Strength exercise once a week

Hi there! Thanks for the goodie and to show that you care :)

I have no idea what kind of yoga I'll be doing!! My plan is to try all of them to really get what they're about, then pick what I need, when I need it :) I never went to a studio and I'm not planning to at the moment because it's a bit expensive, I don't have much time and I'm a bit intimidated by it for now.. I will however subscribe to yogaglo.com and try their online classes. I am member to a gym but kind of lack motivation to actually go.. working on it! That 30 pounds won't melt on it's own.. :)

Bakasana is also something I, too, am working on. To date, I've only held the pose for 1.5 - 2 seconds. Sigh. Now you have inspired me to keep working on it. I did some research yesterday and I learned one really has to shift their weight from feet to hands. I think I was sort of doing that but now I will try with conscious intention. We can both do this, I know it!
