My Goals:
Originally my goal was to weight 119 lbs, then with new medicine(Bydureon) for diabetes I was able to get down 119, so my new goal is 115. Right now I'm at 116.4. This 115 goal is very elusive so far, but I'll keep trying, my program is helping me.
Another goal is to control my blood sugar, which with new medicine I'm being able to achieve

My Program:
1)To eat a balance diet.
2)Keep a good portion control
3)Walk 10,000 steps daily at least
4)Practice Yoga and meditation 12-15 days at least in the month
5)Strength exercise 4 times a month


Other Information:
--I'm a fan of Star Trek, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings , Harry Potter, Eragon, The Series of Unfortunate Events, The Chronicles of Narnia, Supernatural, DR Who
-I like to read and watch films

Thank you so much for my goodies. I mostly practice at home. I like to follow the free Yoga With Adriene YouTube channel, and some of her paid classes. Some Hatha, some Vinyasa... emoticon

emoticon For the sparkgoodie. For the winter running I recently went shoping at Herbergers and found out that sell the base layer wear so I got the longjohns that wick away sweat and keep you from not freezing...LOL Also picked up a nice pair of gloves. For the upperbody I wear two shirts one for wicking away moisture and then a t-shirt then a jacket. Did not use a hat this time.
