Fat Chance

I'm a stay-at-home mom with a wonderful daughter. I've lost a lot of weight since April training for an 8K and now I'm onto training for a 1/2 marathon. While I've been making progress with running, I've lost track of my food goals and have started to wander...hence, the weight stopped coming off. I'd like to be a healthy weight so I can be a good influence for my daughter and so I can be here for her for a long time. Here goes nothing...

run/jog-3X/week for 1 hour.
indoor soccer league-1x/week for 1 hour
