My Goals:
*Long-term 1: reach goal weight of 115 lbs. (starting wt is 125lbs.) by June 30, 2012.

*Long-term 2: To run the Chicago Half Marathon next year.

My Program:
*Walking 30-45min. 3x/week; and walking as much as I can: to the store, on my lunch break, everyday errands, etc.

*I'm following a beginner's running program.

*Portion control.

*get enough sleep!

*get back into yoga for stress reduction.
