HI I'M 47 YRS OLD HAVE DIABETES AND HEART PROBLEMS AND NEED TO LOSE THE 100 LBS I PUT ON OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS ALTHOU MY SISTERS SAY I DID IT OVER NIGHT I REALLY DIDNT BUT I LOST MY MOM ON 10/14/06 AND I TURNED TO FOOD AS A COMPFORT AND THATS ALL I DID WAS EAT AND CRY THEN I WOULD EAT AND CRY SOME MORE AFTER THAT IT WAS MORE OF THE SAME THING BUT I DID IT LATE AT NIGHT WHEN NO ONE COULD SEE ME AND NOW DEEP INSIDE I HATE MYSELF ....I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF MY ONE SON TELLING ME HOW FAT AND LAZY I AM AND EVERYONE ELSE TELLING ME I GAINED ALOT OF WEIGHT .......I WISH THEY ALL WOULD LAY OFF ME CAUSE I KNOW THAT I'M FAT ITS NOT LIKE I DONT SEE MYSELF EVERYDAY IN THE MIRROR OR FEEL IT WHEN I WALK OR GET DRESSED OR NOTICE WHEN I TAKE A SHOWER ECT. BUT BY THEM BITCHEN AT ME IT ONLY MAKES ME MORE ANGERY AND SAD..... I LOVE MY WHOLE FAMILY BUT ITS GOTTA STOP SOON......AND TO BE HONEST THERE ISNT ANY ONE (EXCEPT MY YOUNGER SISTER )WHO IS SKINNY BUT MY YOUNGER SISTER HAD THE GASTROL SURGERY SO SHE WAS'NT THIN BACK THEN EITHER.....NOW I'M NOT BLAMING THEM CAUSE I CHOOSE TO EAT LIKE THAT BUT THERE COMMENTS HURT MORE THEN THEY HELP......SO REALLY I'M ON MY OWN AT THIS POINT......SO THANKS FOR LETTING ME SHARE THIS WITH WHO EVER READS IT AND GOD BLESS ALL / GOOD LUCK TO ALL IN WHATEVER YOU ARE TRYING TO DO HERE .....................PUMBIA

Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.i started walking for about half an hour a day now iam up to 1 hour and also doing water arobics starting 6/3/09

    I do water areobics, but when I started I did very little, mostly just moving forward then back and side to side. I really just moved. Hugs, Tina
